The apartment is half a flight up from the street and has a ground-level patio facing the courtyard. Large kitchen with dining area and dishwasher, living room with access to the patio, bedroom, bathroom with own washing machine and dryer. Good storage. I have lived with my family in a house outside Uppsala for a few years now and am therefore renting out the apartment. I have had a great tenant for over three years who unfortunately is moving. I am mainly looking for someone who wants to stay for a longer period, preferably at least two years. The apartment is rented out partially furnished. The pictures were taken before the current tenant moved in, so the furnishing looks a bit different today. Move-in: Move-in is flexible and can happen earlier by agreement.
