A nice small 2-room apartment with a good layout in one of Västerås' quietest areas, close to the university, sports facilities, and a 10-minute walk to the city center. A larger living room, a slightly smaller bedroom with a closet, and a long kitchen with good space for cooking and various kitchen utensils. A small hallway with a closet and a smaller bathroom with a shower. Pictures will be uploaded during the week. Can be rented out for up to 3 years if desired, but agreements are initially written every 6 months due to the association's rules.
