Bright and well-planned studio apartment of about 31 sqm in Lunden. The apartment is a pleasant attic apartment with a kitchen in open connection to the room and a separate bathroom. It is in good condition and is rented out partially furnished. The furnishing can be adapted to needs and there is the possibility to bring your own furniture. Suitable for one person or a couple. There are good storage possibilities and a storage room belongs to the apartment. In the property, there is also a shared laundry room. Heating and water are included in the rent, while electricity and internet are arranged separately by the tenant. I plan to rent out the apartment second-hand for about a year, with planned move-in around November 1st. The exact date can be discussed. The rental will take place provided the landlord approves the subletting.
