Hello, I am considering renting out my apartment in Skarpnäck which is available for moving in. The apartment is 31 square meters and is furnished. Water, heating, internet, and electricity are included in the rent. In the apartment, there is a small washing machine and access to a laundry room with larger washing machines is possible. It is about a 10-minute walk to the subway station and bus connections. In Skarpnäck, you are close to parks and nature. I am looking for a responsible person who will take care of my apartment as if it were their own. You are preferably smoke and pet-free. You are welcome to provide references.
