All rooms except the bathroom have white paneled walls that brighten up the rooms very nicely. Laundry room/storage, hallway, and bathroom have tiled floors. Bathroom, living room/kitchen, and hallway have underfloor heating. The bathroom has a large and nice shower cabin. The living room is spacious with large windows facing the courtyard, with laminate flooring. Spacious kitchen with simple white furnishings. 1 parking space in the courtyard for the tenant + enough space for visitors :) The property is located in a child-friendly and quiet part of a popular residential area in Søgne. Short distance to kindergarten, primary and secondary schools, hiking areas, swimming water, shop, etc. Perfect studio for singles, couples, or a small family. I am looking for quiet tenants as I have 2 nine-year-old twins myself, so noise and partying are not of interest. We do not want tenants who smoke or have pets. Preferably looking for long-term tenants/minimum one year commitment. But all interest considered! The rent of 9000 NOK per month includes electricity, fiber internet, renovation, and municipal fees.
