Overnight room / Weekly commuter room available in Södermalm! Welcome to rent a fresh room with a window facing the courtyard, close to the water, buses/subway, only for one person, preferably for a long time. Perfect for someone who commutes on a weekly basis and works/studies in the city on weekdays and goes home over the weekends. The room is available Sunday evening - Friday afternoon for you. The room is the first one, right inside the apartment's front door, and you can come and go as you wish at any time of the week without feeling like you are disturbing anyone. You have your own access to one of the two bathrooms available in the apartment, with a sink and bathtub located directly opposite your room. There is also a laundry room (which you can book as needed) and if you like, there is also a sauna in the house. You are a calm, independent person who takes care of yourself. Being orderly is important and you must be a non-smoker. The room contains a 120 cm wide bed with legs, pillow/duvet, curtains, a desk, TV, a chair, two dressers with drawers, a bedside lamp, a ceiling lamp, a wardrobe, a refrigerator, toaster, microwave, kettle, and some kitchen utensils. Free WiFi is available. Perfect location in central Södermalm, quiet yet close to the action. The building has a very cozy courtyard where you can enjoy your morning coffee and watch the boats go by. Nytorget/Sofo is just a stone's throw away if you want to visit cozy restaurants/cafés. Gym and Coop are 2 minutes away, and it's a 10-minute walk to Skanstull. If you want to swim or exercise at the outdoor gym, it's close to Eriksdalsbadet/hallen and Årstaviken/water/nature. Note! I prefer to rent to weekly commuters. The room is not available on weekends but remains untouched of course. You share the apartment with me, Marie, who has moved-out children, many interests, and an active life. I work from home. You rent one of my 4 rooms and, like me, are social but also like to have your own space.
