I am renting out my apartment as I will be studying from August 17 to the end of May and therefore cannot afford to stay during this time. It is a fully furnished 2-room apartment with a modern open floor plan, good lighting, and a balcony with infrared heater. The rent includes: Electricity Water (including hot water) Internet/broadband with basic TV channels The apartment is located high up on the 7th floor, which provides a nice view. There are 2 elevators in the building. It's a very nice area with a beautiful natural environment and yet close to everything, shops and restaurants within walking distance, 25-35 minutes with bus 474 to Slussen. I'm happy to leave many things in the apartment so that it is truly ready to move in. There is everything from a vacuum cleaner and kitchenware to towels, tools, games and other things that may be nice to have access to. This means you do not need to start by buying a lot of things when you move in. I received notice about the education on August 11, so the pictures are taken in a hurry and I put away all the "stuff" in the bedroom so the picture is missing, but the bedroom is large with a wardrobe wall and window, happy to send more pictures. Visits are of course also welcome but I am in the middle of the moving chaos. :) 🐶 Pets are allowed! I have a dog myself and have previously had a cat. There is also a mesh outside the glass on the balcony, so it is adapted to also have a cat and windows ajar without worrying. 📅 Rental period: September 1, one year with the possibility of extension as I will be moving in with my boyfriend during this time. 📞 If interested or if you want to know more, feel free to get in touch!
