Perfect for you who study at BTH and are looking for safe, calm, and nice accommodation close to the archipelago. 🏠 ABOUT THE ROOM AND ACCOMMODATION Private room: Approximately 16 sqm, fully furnished with bed, desk, chair, and good storage/wardrobes. Shared areas: You share a large and fresh kitchen with dining area, cozy living rooms, and a bathroom with 3–4 other BTH students. Outdoor spaces: Access to both a balcony, a large sunny terrace with outdoor furniture, and a lush garden. 🚌 TRANSPORTATION AND SURROUNDINGS BTH & Center: Direct bus to BTH just outside the house, as well as fine cycle paths all the way to the campus and center. Contract period: Fixed over the academic year (until June 14–15) with good opportunities for extension before the fall semester. Fair conditions: 1 month notice period for you as a tenant and daily-based rent upon moving in/out in the middle of a month.
