Resident wanted – perfect for those in need of a commuting apartment I am looking for a calm, well-behaved, and reliable resident who might need a commuting apartment or flexible accommodation in Gothenburg. Maybe you work in Gothenburg a few days a week, have a partner or family elsewhere, or simply need your own place to land without having a permanent residence here. So this is not an apartment for someone who wants to live full-time in Gothenburg. I live with my child, who is a toddler. This, of course, means some energy, play, and sometimes a bit higher noise level during the days. He goes to preschool on weekdays, so if you, for example, work nights, you will have the apartment to yourself during the day when he is at preschool. It is therefore important that you enjoy living in a home where there is a small child and understand that there can sometimes be a bit more life and movement during the days. I rent out 1 room in our three-room apartment with a balcony in southern Kortedala. The apartment and the property were fully renovated in 2017. The apartment is very bright and quiet. Here, you live with good communication links to central Gothenburg. It is also close to Kortedala square, which offers all the local services you might need. Included in the rent is a bedroom that is partially furnished with a bed and wardrobe storage and free use of the common areas. I prefer the accommodation to be used mainly during weekdays and that you don't live in the apartment during the weekends. Therefore, I believe this arrangement is especially suitable for someone who has their permanent residence elsewhere and primarily needs somewhere to live during the workweek.
