The house's owner lives on the second floor and wishes for a student lodger who can possibly look after the house and water the garden's flowers. The villa is close to grocery stores, buses, subways, and beautiful walking paths by Mälaren. The room has its own, furnished, and undisturbed patio in a sunny location. The room shares a kitchen, bathroom with sauna, extra toilet, hall, and storage room with 2 other tenants. The laundry room is shared with the landlord. The room is 12 sqm and is furnished with a bed, work desk, seating area, TV, lamps, and closet/hanging for clothes. Interior and decor can be changed. The rent includes electricity, water, heating, wifi, towels, and bed linen. Adjacent to the room is a small guest room that can be rented for 300 kr/night when the tenant has guests. Use of the sauna costs 100 kr/person/time.
