The villa is close to grocery stores, buses, the subway, and beautiful walking paths by Lake Mälaren. The room has its own furnished and undisturbed patio in a sunny location. The room shares a kitchen, bathroom with a sauna, an extra toilet, hallway, and storage with two other tenants. The laundry room is shared with the landlord. The room is 20 sqm and is furnished with a bed, desk, sitting area, lamps, and cabinets. Interior and decor can be changed. The rent includes electricity, water, heating, wifi, towels, and bed linen. Adjacent to the room is a small guest room that can be rented for 300 SEK/night when the tenant has guests. Use of the sauna costs 100 SEK/person/time.
