Here you live in one of Uppsala's most popular areas with direct proximity to the central station (perfect for commuters), the city's offerings, restaurants, and the university. The apartment is perfect for one but also fully functional for two. The previous owner loved the apartment so much that he lived here for 10 years. I love it at least as much but I'm going to try cohabiting with my partner, so I've decided to rent it out for now. My favorite aspects of the apartment: Incredibly bright and with a brilliant layout. High ceilings. Nothing has malfunctioned since I bought it two years ago. Apartment and equipment: The apartment is classified as a 1.5-room but I actually don't know why because it has a completely separate cozy bedroom which makes it feel like a 2-room. It features beautiful herringbone parquet, fresh surfaces, and delightful light. A big plus is that the apartment and the balcony enjoy lovely afternoon and evening sun! Living room: Spacious and easy to furnish with space for both a sofa group and dining area. Access to a cozy balcony, also furnished. Bedroom: A secluded bedroom with good storage in the form of a large wardrobe and an additional built-in wardrobe. Bathroom: Fresh and fully tiled bathroom (renovated within the last 10 years) which also accommodates a combo washing machine and a mini dishwasher, plus a bit more storage. Kitchen: A small but very well-planned kitchen with an oven, stove, workbench, double sink, refrigerator, freezer, and microwave. Best of all, it has a bar window that opens to the living room table so you can send things out when you have dinner guests! Furnishing: Rented fully furnished. Some decorative items and a few pieces of furniture I will take with me, but you probably have your own things you'd like to fill the apartment with anyway, I think! Some furniture can also be removed if desired.
