You/you will live at the top of the three-story building with a balcony facing the courtyard in a nice association with friendly neighbors. The apartment is located about a 2-minute walk from Bagarmossen center/subway. There is also Coop, Ica, the cozy bakery Lilla Bagis, a pharmacy, pizzeria, Folkets Hus, etc. The apartment is rented out for 12 months with the possibility of extension. The rent includes electricity, heating, water, and internet. You/you need to get your own home insurance. The apartment is partially furnished with a sofa, bed, kitchen furniture, bookshelf, and some kitchen equipment (unless we agree otherwise.)
