Welcome to a lovely apartment on the 3rd floor (without elevator) in a quiet building. The apartment has a good layout with a separate kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms (one of which is used as an office), and a sunny, enclosed balcony. Living Room – Spacious living room with access to the enclosed balcony in a sunny position, perfect for relaxation all year round. Master Bedroom – 160 cm bed and a small walk-in closet with Elfa fittings for smart storage. Bedroom/Office – Currently used as an office but can be rearranged into a bedroom if needed. Note that I don't have an extra bed, so you need to arrange your own bed. Kitchen/Dining Area – Renovated around 2014, with fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. There's space for a small simple table. Bathroom – Renovated in 2018/2019, modern and fresh with a washing machine. Hall & Storage – Practical hall with storage space in the form of a large wardrobe. Area Quiet and child-friendly residential area. Street parking is available in the neighborhood. In the basement, there is a large laundry room, bicycle room, and stroller room. A Coop store and a pizzeria are in the area, and it's about a 10-minute walk to Jakobsberg center for shopping and commuting. Please note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator and therefore cannot be considered handicap accessible.
