The apartment has light from 2 sides, many windows, and two balconies, one of which is large facing the courtyard with a nice view down towards Göta Älv. The floor plan is modern with a large kitchen, large living room, and two bedrooms as well as a walk-in wardrobe and bathroom. Furniture will be available; renting unfurnished is not an option. You might be able to have your own bed. The rental period is from October 1, 2026, to September 31 with the possibility of extension, you can only apply for one year at a time since it is a rental apartment. The notice period is 3 months for both the tenant and the landlord. The rent is 14500 without parking and 16300 with parking in the garage under the neighboring building, the parking is camera-monitored. The apartment is a rental, which is why we must jointly apply to the landlord for subletting. The processing time can take up to 8 weeks. Renting out due to work in another location. I am looking for a responsible tenant, with stable finances and without payment remarks, as well as at least one good reference. You need to sign your own home insurance.
