Nice townhouse with large patio and wooden deck, 2 own parking spaces outside the door. Lawn and friendly neighbors. Family-friendly area. 2 floors, 4 bedrooms and toilet with bathtub on the upper floor. Kitchen, hall, bathroom, and living room on the ground floor. Rented out indefinitely, but since I am planning to move back there but do not really know when it will happen, I am renting it out with 3 months' notice.
