The apartment's windows and balcony face west, allowing the resident to enjoy the evening sun. Rent is €730/month + water according to consumption (advance payment €18/month/person with settlement directly to the housing company). The security deposit is equivalent to one month's rent. With some adjustments, it suits friends as well, but with current settings, it’s better for one person or a couple.
