The premises are on the ground floor with three beautiful windows facing the street and an entrance from a leafy courtyard with plants and seating areas. Perfect, for example, as a workplace for smaller companies with the possibility of overnight accommodation, however without a shower, but with a separate toilet from the adjoining door in the stairwell.
