This fall, I am going abroad for work and am therefore looking for someone who wants to live in and take care of my apartment while I am away. The apartment is rented out from the end of September until November 24th. It is a 2-room apartment of 56 sqm with a pleasant and well-planned layout. Both the kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated, which gives the home a fresh and modern feel while still being warm and homely. The rent includes internet, water, and electricity, so you don't have to worry about any separate costs for this during the rental period. The apartment is rented out fully furnished and equipped, with everything you need to move in directly. Kitchen utensils, crockery, and other everyday necessities are in place - basically, you just need to bring your suitcase and feel at home. Since it's my own home, I'm looking for a responsible, reliable, and nice person who will take good care of the apartment during the time. I would prefer if you are a non-smoker and have no pets!
