From the living room, you reach the loft, which has a ceiling height of about 1.25 meters. Therefore, it is not counted as regular living space, but provides extra space that can be used as an additional sleeping area, TV/lounge corner, play area, or storage. The apartment has its own entrance and a nice patio directly connected to the apartment on the ground floor. The apartment is located at the beginning of Trandared towards Bergsbo, with a convenient distance to Borås center. The apartment can be rented unfurnished or furnished. I am renting out the apartment temporarily because the plan is for me to move in there later on. A three-month notice period for both parties will be included in the contract. The earliest possible move-in is mid-September. Broadband 100/100 is included in the rent, and electricity as well as cold and hot water are additional charges based on actual consumption.
