We are renting out a nice and practical studio apartment in our house in Vestby. The studio has its own entrance and is quietly and pleasantly located, overlooking the forest, garden, and green surroundings. The studio is a small studio apartment with its own kitchen. It is rented furnished with a 140 cm bed, wardrobe, and a practical desk that can easily be converted into a dining table for four people. The bathroom is completely renovated and has both a washing machine and a dryer. The bathroom also functions as the laundry room for the house, and we therefore use the room for laundry normally one to two times a week. Beyond this, the tenant has access to the bathroom. We will of course agree on the use so that it is predictable and works well for everyone. Outside, the studio has its own covered patio overlooking the garden, a nice place to sit outside even when the weather is not quite favorable. It is about a 10-minute walk to Vestby station. From here, the train takes about 5 minutes to Ås and about 25 minutes to Oslo. There are also good bus and train connections south towards Moss. The nearest bus stop is about a 3-minute walk from the house. Electricity, internet, and own parking space are included in the rent. The studio is well-suited for one person who wants to live peacefully and green, while it is easy to get to places like Ås, Moss, and Oslo by public transport. We are a couple living in the main part of the house along with a medium-sized dog (female) of 7 months.
