We are renting out our charming and spacious turn-of-the-century apartment in Vasastan, right next to Vanadislunden, while we are traveling. The apartment is 76 sqm, 3 rooms and a kitchen, and is rented fully furnished. The apartment is bright and airy with windows facing both south and north. There are many beautiful turn-of-the-century details, generous rooms, good storage, and a nice balcony. The location is quiet, while restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and public transport are within comfortable walking distance. The apartment - Bedroom with double bed - Separate office/guest room - Spacious living room - Kitchen - Bathroom - Walk-in closet - Balcony - Rented fully furnished Rental period October 1, 2026–March 31, 2027 There is some flexibility regarding both move-in and move-out dates. Earlier move-in or later move-out can be discussed if needed, and there is the possibility to extend the rental period until August 2027. Rent includes broadband, water, and BRF fee. Electricity is additional and billed according to actual consumption. The property The property has a common laundry room with a drying cabinet and a nice courtyard with barbecue facilities. The laundry room is easily booked via Boappa (there is also a working combination washing machine + tumble dryer in the apartment). The courtyard and the barbecue can also be booked for smaller gatherings. Construction work is currently ongoing in the building, including work related to the elevator. The most disruptive elements are expected to be completed in September, and the elevator is expected to be operational before moving in. Who we are looking for We are looking for a well-behaved and responsible person or couple who want to live here while we are away and will take good care of our home.
