Tenants are responsible for yard maintenance (regular lawn mowing, apple collection, etc.). Tenants pay for their own electricity, water (an advance payment of about 35€/person), firewood, gas cylinder, and waste fee. Grocery stores are 600 meters away, and the elementary school is nearby. The area is a peaceful detached house area.
