Apartment for sublease: Fully furnished studio with a kitchenette of 32 m2 and a large glazed balcony on Läkarvägen 5B in central Skellefteå. Buses stop nearby. Good proximity to grocery stores, the city center, and outdoor areas. Short description: • Hall with shoe and hat rack, drawer storage for shoes, and mirror. • WC with shower corner and underfloor heating in good condition. • Walk-in closet with ample storage, equipped cleaning cupboard, and separate freezer. • Well-equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave in pantry, stove, oven, extractor, kettle, stainless steel sink. Kitchen equipment and crockery are available. • Sleeping alcove with a 105 cm wide bed, spring mattress, and top mattress. Duvets and pillows are provided. • Sofa group with sofa bed (105*200cm) for guests. Blinds in the windows. • TV with Google Chromecast so you can cast what you want to watch. • Dining table with four chairs • Desk • Glazed balcony has two comfortable chairs and a small dining table. Windows can be opened and closed, and sun-blocking roller blinds are available. • WiFi is installed for wireless internet • Bicycle can be placed in the bicycle room or outside under the roof in the yard. • Outdoor parking space nearby with charging station including electric charging. The tenant can use duvets, pillows, towels, cleaning equipment, and more, but not bedding. The tenant is responsible for cleaning and laundry (very nice laundry rooms, easy to book times) and has self-catering. Non-smoking throughout the apartment, including the balcony, and no pets are allowed. The apartment is used by the owners for about 6 weeks/year only, during high oak and grass pollen levels in Southern Sweden. The apartment is rented out for the same reason during the rest of the year. A written contract will be established given that the association approves the tenant. Rent until 20270530 is 6,000 SEK per month. Additional cost for electricity consumption from the charging station is billed separately. Permanent employment and good references are unconditional requirements to rent our apartment.
