I am renting out my apartment on Helgesens gate for one year while I am away. The apartment is a bright and cozy 3-room with two bedrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a south-facing balcony of approx. 5 sqm. It has original wooden floors, good ceiling height, and a wood stove. The location is very central, yet quiet, between Olaf Ryes plass and Birkelunden. It is a short distance to the tram and bus, as well as cafés, restaurants, shops, and parks. The apartment is rented out unfurnished, but I can provide some furniture if needed. Hot water and internet are included in the rent. The tenant signs their own electricity subscription. I am looking for quiet and pleasant tenants who will take good care of the apartment while I am away. Viewing by appointment.
