He lives in the apartment during Christmas and summer breaks, so it is not rented out then. If you are also studying, it might work to rent for a longer period. OVERVIEW - Studio apartment on ground floor with its own entrance - Living room/bedroom/study and hallway/kitchen/kitchenette and smaller bathroom - Completely renovated in 2023 (except the kitchen) - Rented furnished - One half of the garden house in the garden behind the street house - The landlord has their office in the other half - In the street house, the landlord lives with family and three cats - The garden is a sheltered oasis with rhubarb, figs, pears, peaches, etc. - To enter the property, you go through a locked gate - There is (usually) parking on the street outside, for a fee LOCATION - Central, in the heart of cozy Limhamn - A few minutes walk to supermarkets, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, sea, beach, Skåneleden, bus stops, etc. - Quiet and peaceful for being so central - About 20 minutes by bus/car/bike to Malmö Arena/Hyllie or Malmö’s center LAYOUT The apartment consists of hallway/kitchen/kitchenette, a bathroom, and living/bedroom. HALL/KITCHEN/KITCHENETTE - Hat and shoe shelf directly to the right, kitchen/kitchenette straight ahead, bathroom furthest in. - In the kitchen, there is a small table with seating for two - The kitchen is like a kitchenette, with simpler equipment - Fridge with freezer compartment - Free-standing combination oven (convection, microwave, air fryer, grill) - Free-standing induction hob with two plates - Coffee machine, kettle - In drawers and cupboards, there are cutlery, glasses and plates, common kitchen utensils, etc. - Small washing machine, iron and foldable drying rack (under the bed) This and other things can be either added to or removed, by agreement. BATHROOM - Completely renovated in 2023 - WC, sink and shower with curtain - Underfloor heating and towel warmer - Mirror with built-in lighting - Storage in wall cabinet above the WC and under the sink LIVING ROOM To the right from the hallway is the living room which contains: - Comfortable 105-bed (Kungsängen) - Bedside table with two drawers - Corner sofa bed and small side table - Height-adjustable desk, ergonomic chair - Lockable double wardrobe where you as a tenant have one half, or both depending on rental setup - Dark blue blackout curtains OUTDOOR AREA The outdoor area right outside the apartment with a table and chairs is available for use. The rest of the garden is private. INCLUDES Furniture, heating, electricity, wifi, water, sewer, access to communal garbage bins. There is a TV with ApplePlay but no channels or agreements included. There is no kitchen hood. OTHER In the landlord's family, there are three cats that move freely inside/outside. They might enter the apartment if the door or window is open.
