Lännäsbacken, Bandhagen

I am looking for a tenant in a furnished room. The apartment is large with 3 rooms and a kitchen with dining area, bathroom, and balcony at the top of the house. The area is quiet with good communication to everything. I am looking preferably for a female tenant who is tidy and has a stable income. I live in the residence myself with my adult daughter. We also have a small dog (Bichon Havanais) who is incredibly kind, so whoever chooses to live with us should be dog-friendly. I rent out the room on short notice or for a longer period. My daughter works a lot, and in her free time she travels, and I am planning to travel abroad during the winter so the apartment is basically empty. Electricity, water, and Wi-Fi, Netflix, Viaplay, and Disney+ are included in the rent. If this sounds interesting, please contact me for a possible viewing.
