I am looking to rent out a room in my recently built apartment, as I have extra space here. I live here also, so we would share the kitchen space/main room and washer/drier. I have a separate bathroom, so the bathroom with the washer/drier would be yours other than that. The internet connection is good, with the option of an ethernet connection. Utilities are included. The room has a closet. The place is a few minutes walk to LTH, and there is a gym and a grocery very nearby.
