We rent out a studio apartment in our own house. The apartment is 26 sqm, with a spacious kitchen, bathroom, entrance hall, and a combined living room and bedroom. The entrance is from the garden side. Our previous boarder just moved out after 8 years, so we are now looking for a new friendly and sociable tenant who wants to live close to the woods. The studio has recently been upgraded and is rented out furnished. We appreciate having a good dialogue with the tenant about the facilities. Electricity and internet are included in the rent. If you need parking, it is possible to arrange it. Here at Lohove, it is a short distance to the forest, Dragvoll, and bus connections (metro bus 3 and line 12). The nearest local center is at Moholt, which has a wide selection of shops. We are a family of four living in the house. We play some football in the garden outside, so you might hear a little noise from us. Feel free to join us! There is often some snow up here in the winter, so you should be prepared to shovel snow outside your own entrance.
