We offer a fully furnished room in our beautiful house, located in one of Angered's most attractive villa areas – Storås Ängar. The area is quiet and cozy, with only a 5-minute walk to Angered Centrum. Upper Floor: - Three fully furnished bedrooms (two available now) - Shared bathroom (toilet and shower) - Hall Entrance Floor: - Hallway, living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, laundry room with washing machine and drying cabinet - Glazed space with garden view Outdoor: - A nice garden at the back where you can sunbathe, enjoy a cup of coffee, or barbecue in the summer - Terrace at the front, perfect for breakfast in the sunshine - Private parking space next to the house About Us: The house is about 160 sqm and currently has two tenants living here, each with their own room and private key. The third room is available now (with its own key). We are calm, reliable people with full-time jobs, so we are usually away during the day and come home in the afternoon. We keep the common areas clean and tidy for a pleasant environment No smoking or pets allowed indoors Monthly Rent: 6,000 SEK The rent includes: Electricity, heating, water, internet, laundry facilities Fully furnished room and fully equipped kitchen Private parking (+300 SEK if access is desired), otherwise, free guest parking is available right outside the house if space allows.
