It has a great location in Sundbyberg, about a 5-minute walk to everything from the subway, commuter trains, buses, and light rail - super convenient to get to the city quickly! Also close to grocery stores, both Hemköp, Ica Maxi, and Coop. The green areas around Lötsjön and Råstasjön are also not far away! I am renting out the apartment from the end of October and am looking for a tenant who wants to rent for a longer period, preferably closer to a year, with the possibility of extension.
