Here, a large and bright room is offered, about as big as a small studio, in a charming turn-of-the-century house with access to a garden. 📍 The location is great: • About a 7-minute walk to Kista Galleria • About 10 minutes by subway to Stockholm City • Quiet and green area with a small-town feel – yet close to everything you need 🛏️ The room is furnished and equipped with, among other things, a bed, sofa bed, desk, and table. There is plenty of space for both living and storage. 💡 The rent includes: • Internet • Electricity • Water The kitchen and bathroom are shared with me. I work as a teacher and am mostly home in the evening/weekend. I'm looking for a girl or non-binary person who is tidy, respectful, and enjoys having a quiet and pleasant home.
