Apartment has a lot of light during the day. Great sound isolation which is providing a quiet environment. With closed windows the trains are almost completely silent. Apartment is close to train station with direct commuter train to Stockholm. In walking distance are 3 different grocery stores and other shops in Bålsta centrum. Included in the rent is a furniture: bed, 2 bed table, dining table with 4 chairs, sofa, tv table, tv, bathroom cupboard and kitchen utensils. Heat, electricity and internet are included in rent (500kr for internet). Balcony is accessible from bedroom. I am renting because I want to try living with my boyfriend.
