Welcome to rent my nice apartment on Kungsholmen with a balcony and a view over the water and Karlbergskanalen! I am going to temporarily move up to Norrland, where I originally come from. Initially, I am renting out between the period of September 1st - December 31st, 2026, but there is the possibility of extension to summer/fall 2027. The apartment has 3 rooms and a kitchen, and is located in a very quiet and safe residential area, in an older building from 1929. It is simply furnished and the rent includes electricity, gas (for the stove), and internet. The advantages of my accommodation are the location, the view, the proximity to water, and the apartment's cozy atmosphere—it does not have perfect surfaces and is not top renovated. The residential area is very pleasant with Kungsholmen's promenade right next door with opportunities for exercise and recreation—and at the same time close to Fridhemsplan with all the shops, restaurants, and cafes, as well as very good communications to all corners and edges of Stockholm. The kitchen: Includes everything needed in a kitchen, gas stove, fridge, and freezer. Bedroom: Twin-bed 140 cm wide. Blackout curtains. Bedroom 2: Bed 120 cm wide. Wardrobe. Living room: With access to the balcony. Bathroom: Toilet, shower. Hall: Small closet. The house has a laundry room with good drying facilities. In the courtyard, you can nicely use the grill for lovely late summer evenings!
