Student apartment in a quiet residential area, 10-15 minutes walk from central Lund. Fourth floor without elevator. I live myself with my children in a larger apartment next door. WiFi is available, laundry room is available. We are friendly :) There is a cat in our home. I haven't uploaded a picture because an adult son temporarily lives in the apartment and the furnishings will be a bit different when it is actually rented out. The bathroom is small, but there is a shower. The door to the bathroom cannot be closed when you sit on the toilet.. The kitchenette consists of a hotplate and next to it is a portable stove with two burners and a small oven. Bus stop for bus to Malmö is 100 m away. 400 m to the grocery store and the burger place Rekas.
