Located on one of the highest peaks on Gräsö. Peaceful in the middle of nature, large plot free from prying eyes. 50 sqm cottage with a 360° deck. There is always a spot in the sun or shade to be in. On the plot there are several beautiful spots to settle down, including a suspension bridge with a nest 8 m up (entered at your own risk) and a hammock under the apple tree. Trampoline (no safety net), 2 yoga mats and 2 beat up bikes for borrowing. 700m to the sea and 10km to ferry and ICA. The accommodation The cottage is 50 sqm with a living room (including kitchen), 2 separate bedrooms, hall and bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (160cm) with new comfortable mattresses. Bedroom 2 has a single bed and a small writing place. A kitchen in the living room with electric stove and oven. Running hot and cold water from its own well. Bathroom with shower and flush toilet. Guests' access You have access to the entire cottage and plot, but not the guest house. Trampoline (without safety net), 2 yoga mats and 2 beat-up bikes for borrowing. There are 3 bathing spots nearby (700m, 1km, and 2km). Small football goal and parking. Other things to note Free ferry from Öregrund to Gräsö. Usually goes every 30 minutes. Well-stocked Ica on Gräsö and a number of flea markets and excursion destinations.
