I am renting out a room in my apartment in Solna. The idea is that the room will be furnished with a bed, nightstand, desk, and bookshelf. The room also has built-in cabinets and wardrobes. The kitchen, hallway, and bathroom are shared areas of about 30 square meters. It is a cozy house with many friendly neighbors, located in a very quiet area with good transportation links. It's a 5-minute walk to Solna Centrum. 7 minutes to Stockholm City from Västra Skogen's subway. It is also close to many green areas and Ulvsundasjön. The rent includes furniture in the room, electricity, heating, and internet. Access to kitchen equipment and a vacuum cleaner is also included. The reason I am renting out a room: I am a single parent with a child about half of the time. I love both the apartment, the house overall, and the entire area. Therefore, I'm looking for a lodger instead of a new apartment. For me, it's important that both parties feel safe and comfortable - therefore, I was thinking of an initial rental period of 3 months. If everything works well and feels good, I am interested in a long-term contract or indefinite lease. I value calm and order at home and am looking for someone who also appreciates a safe and pleasant living environment.
