The apartment has its own entrance, separate bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom, and is rented out unfurnished. We live in the main part of the house ourselves and are looking for a quiet and tidy tenant. The apartment is best suited for one person. Location: The apartment is located in a quiet and attractive area with very good public transport connections and a short distance to both the city center and Bymarka. - About 7 km walking/cycling distance to Trondheim city center - About 100 m to the Sunday-open Bunnpris, Xtra grocery store, and Sabi Sushi - About 200 m to the Dalgård stop, with bus no. 11 to the city center in about 17 minutes. Departures 2–7 times an hour - About 500 m to Arnt Smistads veg, with bus no. 23 to St. Olavs Hospital in about 12 minutes, Studentersamfundet/NTNU Gløshaugen in about 15 minutes, and the city center in about 18 minutes - Less than 1 km to Bymarka with, among others, Kyvannet, Haukvatnet, and Lian - About 3 km to Granåsen World Championship arena About the apartment: The apartment is newly painted and has birch parquet, a tiled bathroom, and underfloor heating. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, induction hob, and fridge/freezer. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. WiFi is included in the rent. Electricity and heating are additional. The apartment has its own electricity meter. For information, the previous tenant reported a total electricity consumption of about 6,500 NOK for the whole of 2024. The apartment is otherwise rented out unfurnished. Parking and other conditions: No parking space is included, but there is a short distance to public parking. Short-term parking at the residence for loading/unloading is possible.
