At the top with a wide wonderful view over the Stockholm archipelago, lies this wonderful apartment. Here are large glass sections, underfloor heating, and a consistent fireplace. The house is newly built in a robust industrial romantic style and modernly furnished with all amenities. The house includes an art studio/workshop and two separate apartments, where we are now renting out the one on the upper floor. The apartment has three bedrooms, a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub, an open living room, and a kitchen. Stairs on the outside of the house to the entrance. In the garden, there is a separate sauna that can be used by you and the guests in the other apartment. The nearest swimming spot is about 300 meters below the house, in Alfredsroviken, where there is also a private jetty. Älgö is 10 minutes from Saltsjöbaden and about 30 minutes from Stockholm/Slussen by car or Saltsjöbanan train. Heating, electricity, water, broadband, parking, and garbage collection are included. 3 bedrooms (one with space for a double bed, one with a loft bed, and one with a single bed)
