Access to kitchen, toilet/shower, living room, and laundry room. Electricity, gas, and wifi are included in the rent, which is 4300kr/month + 1 month deposit and a 1-month notice period applies to both of us. 4 minutes walking distance to the subway (25 minutes to Stockholm City) and to Blackeberg's center where there are Hemköp, a library, pharmacy, cinema, pizzeria, etc. The forest, Mälaren, and swimming spots are around the corner. The apartment is 1/2 floor up in a quiet area with a nice backyard with many old beautiful trees and a permanent grilling area. Parking on the street outside. Bicycle storage available. Looking for a simple, flexible, calm, and orderly person. Me: a father of two, the children currently live abroad where I often travel. Work part-time in finance and sometimes as an assembler.
