I am renting out my apartment on Porfyrvägen (Gimonäs). It is a 2-room apartment of 54 sqm located on the 3rd floor. The apartment has a balcony, dishwasher, and washing machine. The rent will be 11,000 SEK, including internet, water, and electricity. Parking with a carport is available and can be rented additionally for 650 SEK/month. The apartment is about a 10-minute walk from Ica Maxi and about a 10-minute bike ride to the university. Bus connections are available right outside the apartment. The apartment will be rented out unfurnished. I can write a contract for 3-6 months. Move-in from September 1st. A credit check may be required.
