Move-in from October 5th, 2026 for at least 1 year with the possibility of extension as long as the property managers approve it. 🧡 I am very meticulous and like order and tidiness. Therefore, I am looking for someone who is organized, calm, and respectful and wants to live in the heart of the popular Slottsstaden. 8 minutes by bike to the city's hustle and bustle. 4 minutes by bike to the tranquility of the sea. 5 minutes walking to Kronprinsen shopping center, Systembolaget, and gym, etc. Good public transport connections. 🧡 The apartment is rented out furnished, some things you may need to fix yourself such as duvet, pillows, sheets, towels, etc. More detailed info can be taken via private message. 🧡 Electricity and gas are not included in the rent and are variable depending on how much you use. 🧡 Wifi is not included in the rent, you can choose whether to pay for the existing one or get your own wifi. 🧡 Getting home insurance is a must and I will ask for details about this.
