Eddagatan, Uppsala

Hey everyone! 🙂 I have a room available atm that I am now looking for a roommate for! The room is about 12m². The apartment itself is a 4-room at a total of 95m² and is very centrally located in Uppsala (Eddagatan 13), close to most amenities. The cold rent is about 4776:- per person. Then we share the cost for broadband, electricity, insurance, and water. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher in the apartment and a laundry room in the same building. 1 month's rent in advance and 2 full calendar months' notice for both. Experience and willingness to live with others is a strong advantage, regardless of whether you are introverted or extroverted. Not having any problems compromising with others or being comfortable bringing up things that bother you is also definitely good. 😁 A well-developed social competence and maturity simply make it considerably easier to live with others. 😊 If you feel like you fit in somewhat, reach out! To make it a bit easier for me, write a simple introduction about yourself and why you are an awesome roommate and send it as a DM. 🙂 It makes it a bit easier for me to go through all the applications, find those I think fit in and would enjoy living with us the most and contact to arrange a meeting with me/us who live here to check out the room + the rest of the apartment. 🙂 In total, there are 3 of us living here, and it is me and a girl in her 21s who studies that you may potentially live with.
