I am looking for a female tenant, preferably: • A student or working professional • Non-smoker • A respectful, tidy and responsible WOMAN! 💰 Rent: • 7500 SEK per month • Electricity, water, heating, and internet included. Bedroom: The bedroom is bright and spacious at 14 sqm, with a fresh and comfortable atmosphere. There is plenty of storage space, making it very practical. Kitchen: The kitchen is fresh and modern, with good storage space and fully equipped for cooking and everyday use. It includes modern appliances and plenty of room to cook. Bathroom: There are two bathrooms in the apartment. My 12-year-old daughter and I use one bathroom, while tenants have access to another bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. About me: I am responsible, travel a bit and work a lot. A female Karolinska Institutet student leaves early and comes home late. My calm daughter leaves early for school.
