Hello! We are a young couple who will be living abroad for at least 5 months and therefore want to rent out our lovely apartment in the nice Rörsjöstaden. Close to bus connections for both city and regional buses. Right next to the canal and 3 grocery stores within a 10-minute walk. It is a 2-room apartment with high ceilings, a view over Kungsgatan's avenue from the sunny balcony (there is another one facing the courtyard) and gets plenty of daylight through the large windows in the kitchen/living room. The bedroom is on the side facing the courtyard, so you don't get any disturbing noise (except for playing children from the preschool on the first floor) or too much morning sun. The rent includes heating, hot water, and TV.
