Furnished room in a 5-room apartment for rent to a female student or weekly commuter. Recently renovated and new kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate dining room. Only I live in the apartment otherwise. There are two toilets and a bathroom. Quiet, nice, and central living. You should, like me, be orderly and take responsibility for keeping it clean and nice.
