I want to rent out a room in my apartment, which is located in Tanto, Södermalm, to a woman (12th floor) and below we have Årstaviken but also Tantolunden. Good communication to the City (bus available below, and commuter train 7 minutes' walk from here). The apartment has a magnificent view in all directions. There is a balcony to enjoy during the warm part of the year. I live here alone (with my little budgie) - my son is moving out in the fall (otherwise he has been living here every other week). I am outgoing and social - work in the service industry. But of course, I sometimes need to just be quiet and take it easy. But I also appreciate if you too would like to "socialize" in "just the right amount." I am looking for someone who is non-smoking and considerate when it comes to not talking loudly on the phone late at night, etc., and that you keep our common areas clean. The rent of 5500 includes everything, i.e., electricity, water, internet, and consumables such as toilet paper, kitchen rolls, and dish soap. If this sounds like something for you, please write and tell a little about yourself and how old you are. Preferably female applicants - it just feels better as I live alone.
