Rent 12,000 SEK/month and one month's rent as a deposit. Then everything is included: TV, internet, electricity, water, and parking space if needed. Very good communications. Bus 144 stops outside the house. In one direction, it goes to Fruängen about 12 minutes. In the other direction, it goes to Älvsjö 7 minutes. From there it is 10 minutes by commuter train to the central station. The bus continues to Gullmarsplan.
