Student housing in peaceful Täby on 18 square kilometers with proximity to green areas, grocery store, and public transport connections. With Roslagsbanan (direct train), Stockholm University, KTH, the Swedish Defense University, and central parts of Stockholm can be reached within 15 minutes. About the residence: It is part of Täby's old municipal building that was converted into student housing in 2021, so the apartment is new and fresh. The residence has a kitchenette with two hotplates and a small fridge with freezer compartment. It also comes with a small washing machine in the bathroom, but access to a large laundry room is available. The garbage room is located in a separate building. Public transport: Roslags Näsby is the nearest station, and with trains running every 5-10 minutes, you can reach central Stockholm in 15 minutes. Täby centrum with large grocery stores and shopping is also just 1 minute by train. What is included: The residence comes furnished with a 140 cm bed, table, two chairs, two stools, cleaning tools, vacuum cleaner, and a fully equipped kitchen (household utensils). Precisely everything included can be sent upon request. Rental period and requirements: The residence is student housing, so proof of active studies is needed. I also need to get approval from my landlord before I can rent it out. Unfortunately, I won't have the opportunity to show the residence, but more pictures and videos are available. The residence is rented out immediately due to studies elsewhere.
