Nice 2-room apartment half a flight up, south-facing balcony and the apartment has good lighting as it is a corner apartment. Included in the rent are electricity, water, internet, broadband, and a parking space. The only thing tenants need to sign up for is home insurance. Rented out furnished but with slightly fewer furniture than in the pictures. More furniture can be removed if you want to furnish it your own way. The apartment is for sale and therefore may be shown on a few occasions during the rental period. Bus line 4 is a 2-minute walk from the door and takes you to Värnhem in 12 minutes or Malmö Central in 18 minutes. There is a grocery store in the housing association and a pizzeria a 3-minute walk away. The residence is in close proximity to Ringvägen, making it convenient for car commuters. I preferably see one person living in the apartment but can also consider a couple, the person(s) must be approved by the housing association. Pets or smoking are not allowed in the apartment.
